Joy was an absolute pleasure to work with. This was our first time operating an RV. From the very beginning of our trip she was on time to meet us and provided detailed instructions on the operation of the RV. Prior to the trip she was very helpful in letting me know what items we may want to bring in order to make our trip more enjoyable. The RV was immaculate upon receipt and very easy to operate. When we got to the campground we felt like veteran campers. During our trip we did have a question and called Joy, She immediately picked up the phone and provided the answer to our question. She was the quintessential host! No to mention she is so very kind and considerate. I would recommend her rental to anyone who is interested in having a great RV experience.

Alisha was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. Her communication was impeccable and timely throughout the entire process, and working with her felt like working with a friend — easygoing, positive, and genuinely invested in making our trip a success.
The van, Rolling Retreat, was everything she described. She walked us through every component in detail before we left, which gave us so much confidence heading out on a two-week, cross-country trip from North Carolina to Colorado and back. She was accommodating in every way, big or small.
