Can’t say enough good things about our entire experience in RimRock and with Laguna Vans. First of all, the van is perfect for a couple wanting to explore in comfort and with ease. It handles incredibly well on the road, is easy to park and has all the comforts needed to stay connected or disconnect wherever your travels take you. Every amenity was thoughtfully provided by our host to ensure we had a wonderful trip. From phone charger to Bluetooth speaker, dish soap and folding chairs, literally everything we needed was in the van and everything is in perfect condition.
Now, for what we thought was the most important thing as first time RV’ers: the host. Jill took her time to make sure that we were set up for a safe and enjoyable experience. She explained every detail of the Van and how to use every system and accessory. She also provided an excellent user guide which stayed with us just in case. Having a host who cares about your experience makes all the difference and it was just an exceptional experience all around.

This van was absolutely the STAR of my trip. I lived out of it for a week straight - every detail was thought of when stocking it so I was prepared for just about everything! The roof tent is also the easiest thing to set up and take down. Was very convenient as I still needed to use the van for transportation on my trip. Communication for pickup/dropoff were also 10/10. I will definitely be renting again in the future!
