We conveniently met close by, Dathan drove the RV into the campgrounds (they already had staff on site trouble shooting any setup issues for the 92 RVs they were managing g this weekend. they set it up and made sure everything was working before leaving. They let us checkout at 12pm instead of 10 without charging a fee. we left the key in the lockbox and drove right out. So easy! One water tank lasted me and my gf all weekend, 4 showers each, didn’t need to refill. Very comfortable bedroom and huge awning with chairs, table and charcoal grill. This is the best way to do Bonnaroo! Thanks very much! We will only book with Fireside RV Rentals whenever we come to TN!

Rules of the Road: We hope you'd treat our RV the same way you'd treat your own vehicle. First and foremost, don't do anything illegal or that might get you or someone else hurt. This includes climbing on the roof of the RV. Also, there is a strict no smoking policy that must be adhered to. If evidence of smoking inside the rental is found, MCR reserves the right to charge up to $750 to PROPERLY clean, treat and disinfect. If you prefer to pick up or return an RV earlier or later than scheduled on your reservation an additional fee will be applied if that time is available. If If you're towing or driving an RV then you must dump/empty the septic before return. You should bring the unit back cleaned from your trip or additional fees apply. All drivable rentals include partial free mileage. If you go over your contracted amount, you will be charged per mile. Renters must be 25 years of age or older and hold a valid driver's license. We do not give refunds for early returns. Please be aware the protection package purchased is for the rental reservation period is an excess policy. This means a claim must be filed with the renter’s primary auto insurance carrier first to see if coverage is available through their personal auto policy. If your carrier denies the claim, then Outdoorsy protection plan purchased by the renter would then be updated as the primary coverage for this claim. Renters must purchase an insurance coverage option with their reservation. Here are our contract terms: [URL removed] Burning man is not allowed, Insurance will not cover the vehicle at this event.
