This RV offers a queen bedroom with plenty of storage on both sides of the bed. The dining table converts to a full size bed. Has an outdoor kitchen with stove top, sink, refrigerator and cabinet. There is a shower hose on the rear of the RV. Has an electric awning with LED lights. Doug and Tracy were great to work with. They were easy to communicate with, easy to help me with the planning of our trip, and even easier to help us with our accommodations when delivering, setting up, and picking up the RV. A+++

The camper is a decent camper,but definitely not rated for the extreme cold weather that we had to deal with. The water lines froze, the heat quit twice. I texted and called the owner the morning of the frozen lines, it took him over an hour to respond back. When he did he proceeded to tell me it's our fault cuz we didn't let the water drip.
The very day when he set it up he said he checked everything but later that afternoon when we tried to turn on certain things in the camper they didn't work. He had to come back and realized the main breaker was turned off. He should have checked that in the drop off.
He told us there was enough propane to run the furnace for a very long time. Well he inadvertently didn't check the tanks because we ran out of propane very early in the morning.
So the customer service is fair to good. The camper itself is decent, but definitely not for cold weather.
