The camper is a decent camper,but definitely not rated for the extreme cold weather that we had to deal with. The water lines froze, the heat quit twice. I texted and called the owner the morning of the frozen lines, it took him over an hour to respond back. When he did he proceeded to tell me it's our fault cuz we didn't let the water drip.
The very day when he set it up he said he checked everything but later that afternoon when we tried to turn on certain things in the camper they didn't work. He had to come back and realized the main breaker was turned off. He should have checked that in the drop off.
He told us there was enough propane to run the furnace for a very long time. Well he inadvertently didn't check the tanks because we ran out of propane very early in the morning.
So the customer service is fair to good. The camper itself is decent, but definitely not for cold weather.
