No Smoking: Smoking of any kind is prohibited. Any smoke, residue, or odor will result in forfeiture of the security deposit. Not a Medical Transport: Checkmate Luxury Sprinters is not a medical transportation service and is not responsible for medical emergencies. Towing & Trailers: Any trailers or cargo towed are at the renter’s sole risk; no liability is assumed. Vehicle Damage & Retrieval: If the vehicle is damaged and cannot be returned, the renter is responsible for all retrieval and related costs. Vehicle Abandonment: Abandonment of the vehicle will result in charges for extensions, retrieval, and all damages. Maintenance Responsibility: Renter is responsible for oil changes, DEF, and routine maintenance after 5,000 miles. Driving Restrictions: Drive-throughs and parking garages are prohibited due to vehicle height and length. Interior Damage: Renter is responsible for any interior damage, including seats, panels, flooring, electronics, or fixtures. E-ZPass Usage: Use of company E-ZPass is optional and subject to a one-time $10 fee plus all toll charges. 4x4 Restriction: Use of the 4x4 feature is strictly prohibited. Any resulting damage is the renter’s responsibility. Fuel Type: The renter must use the correct fuel type. Any damage caused by misfueling is the renter’s full responsibility for all repairs. Cancellation Policy: More than 14 days before rental: 50% refund 14 days or less: No refund Non-Refundable Fees: Service fees are non-refundable. Any remaining balance is due at cancellation.
