We are a family run father and son small business. My father started the rv rental company in the end of 2018. Now in 2022 I'm branching away from the the luxury Class A's RV's and starting to rent out passenger vans for family vacations, tailgates, corporate events, etc.

Great team. Great sprinter. We used it for college move in. Long drive was made fun with the TV’s and gaming. Rear seats came out for the kids to crash too. Perfect way to go and checkmate made it easy

Overall it was good. However I booked a 2025 van and was given a 2016 van. A credit was given but still disappointing.

Great experience working with Jon. Process to rent is simple and all online. Sprinter was ready when we arrived and easy to drive. We had a great trip. Drop off was easy as well. Jon was a pleasure to deal with. Will definitely rent from Jon again.

The truck ran well.
3 issues:
1) we weren't told we would not be allowed to use the bed as it was deactivated upon delivery. the reason cited was to protect the motor that reclines the bed. it would have been nice to use this feature.
2) roof leakage in the rain- we had water come in toward the back of the passenger compartment while in transit. we also had water come in to the front cabin passenger side twice after being parked in the rain.
3) the ABS/check engine light came on when in transit on the way home. this disabled the cruise control and also reading the manual says that safety in breaking could have been compromised.
3 issues:
