5Everything was great and the explanation of all the amenities and various attributes was thorough and complete. We even needed to change our trip dates about a month out and they were very accommodating and worked with us. We will use them for all future rentals.

4The host communicated very well and took care of a couple of minor billing issues promptly at the end of the trip. Would definitely use this company again. It would have been 4 stars, but had a delay getting the RV ready on pick up day.
