Overall we were very happy with our rental. For our first time, we enjoyed the experience and are looking forward to doing more rving in the future. However, it was concerning that the leveling system was not working. Only half of the privacy curtain on the windshield was there. The black water tank had not been cleaned out completely and we never used the toilet other then to pee. So we had to deal with the smell when we were returning the rv. Also had to ask for the fresh water tank to be filled. Would have made the experience so much better if the rv was completely ready and everything in working order when we picked it up.

Positives: Pick and drop off of the RV was easy, Adam communicated quickly and consistently, RV ran well, propane/gas/water were filled. Adam allowed us to pick up a few hours early as we were dropping off a day earlier.

Host was great and easy to work with. Able to book last minute after another reservation cancelled. Also made pickup available and easy at the end of our trip. Camper was spacious, relatively easy to maneuver. Doesn't come with much, so be prepared to bring all cooking utensils, linens, etc.

These guys are pros. Had everything ready for me and even delivered to the Portland ME airport. The RV is the right size. Enough room for everyone but still manageable on the road. No complaints. I’d rent again.

The pictures of the RV on the web are probably 10 years old. I wish the pictures were up to date as the vehicle is 10 years old and has some wear on it. There was an odor in the RV.
I probably wouldn’t have rented the RV if I had seen it before hand or if the photos were up to date
