Dedicated and helpful support
The team (Ed and Arturo) provided exceptional support, even visiting guests to resolve issues. They offered detailed operational training for first-timers and were highly responsive to troubleshooting and operator errors.
Well-maintained and comfortable RV
The 2022 Winnebago View 24J was in perfect shape and comfortable for long trips, accommodating up to 5 people. Guests appreciated its reliability, despite minor, easily resolved issues.

5.0We ran into a few minor issues with our RV, but Ed and Arturo were very responsive and helpful and even went out of their way to swing by at one of our stops to help us deal with one of them! Absolutely top-notch service and care! This is our 2nd time renting from Road Shark and we would definitely come back again for a future RV trip! Thanks so much guys!

5.0The RV was a great home for 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) for the 8 days we traveled in and round around Yosemite. The host knew our flight arrival time to LAX and send a message as soon as we landed welcoming us to LA and confirming when we would be by to pick it up. Since this was our first RV experience, they spend 30-45 minutes going over the set up and showing us how to operate it correctly. When we had an issue with the steps, they helped trouble shoot to get us working again.
