We ran into a few minor issues with our RV, but Ed and Arturo were very responsive and helpful and even went out of their way to swing by at one of our stops to help us deal with one of them! Absolutely top-notch service and care! This is our 2nd time renting from Road Shark and we would definitely come back again for a future RV trip! Thanks so much guys!

We had a great trip. This was our fourth RV trip and 3rd with a Winnebago View or Navion. This layout works really well for us as a small family. The rental was easy to book and the RV was clean and came stocked with some kitchen items and bedding. We have our own so we swapped those in but it's nice to have the option.

The RV was a great home for 5 (2 adults, 3 kids) for the 8 days we traveled in and round around Yosemite. The host knew our flight arrival time to LAX and send a message as soon as we landed welcoming us to LA and confirming when we would be by to pick it up. Since this was our first RV experience, they spend 30-45 minutes going over the set up and showing us how to operate it correctly. When we had an issue with the steps, they helped trouble shoot to get us working again.

RoadShark provided an excellent experience. The owner is professional, knowledgeable and patient. I failed to turn on the generator on my first night and lost all power in my RV around 2 a.m. Despite the late hour, he took my call and guided me through resetting the battery step by step to restore power. I highly recommend this trustworthy company for great RVs and outstanding service!

What a great trip! The option to pick up and drop off at LAX made everything a breeze. Communication was great and everything went well. Only a few things- the curtains were missing from the 2 main beds so there was a bit of a lack of privacy. The cover for the windshield was also broken but we fixed it with a hair tie. The cab and bed above the cab got pretty warm in the mornings since there weren’t covers for the driver and passenger windows. We also wished there were some basic cleaning supplies (broom, windex, Clorox wipes). Other than that the trip went fantastic!

Fantastic experience from start to finish. Very easy booking process. RV drop off and pick up at our home was seamless. Ed arrived at the agreed upon time and gave a thorough walk through explaining everything we needed to know. He let us know he was available if we had any additional questions during our trip. The RV was the cleanest of any RV we have ever rented, it was spotless inside and out. 100% recommend.
