Résumé de l'évaluation
Friendly, responsive, unclear extra fees
Staff provided friendly service, airport pick-up, and text support. However, guests reported difficulty getting clear answers on refunds and unexpected charges for propane and generator use.
New, clean, well-stocked, audio issue
The RV was consistently new, spotlessly clean, and well-stocked, often ready on time. A key defect mentioned was only one side of the speakers working, with no compensation offered.

5.0Everyone there was great to deal with. We got picked up at the airport which was really nice. The staff were friendly and kept in touch throughout our trip. The RV itself was also really nice and clean and well stocked. We would definitely recommend this company.

2.5The check in gentleman was so friendly and awesome, and same with the people I spoke with leading up. They just can’t action anything. Could not get straight answer about reimburse for non used early pick up. They wrote it down but haven’t heard anything. Only left side of speakers worked in the RV, did not offer any compensation for that, couldn’t listen to music on road trip sucks $50 extra to go across the street to fill propane is robbery, this applies to a bunch of things Also didn’t know about $5/hr for running a generator that uses the gas you already paid for Seemed like a good deal but all the extras add up and couldn’t get straight answers from people, and no accountability for renting something that has missing features.

5.0I’ve rented RVs from RV Rental several times and every experience has been great. Whenever we had any issues, we were able to solve them quickly through text messages. The vehicles are new, and traveling with the family in a motorhome is always a wonderful experience. We’ve rented both trailers and motorhomes, and it has always been very good. I highly recommend it.
