This was the first time I had ever rented an RV and found the experience a real adventure. Although the RV was a little older it was exceptionally clean and performed very well. We rented this vehicle for ten days to explore Northern BC and enjoyed every aspect of our trip. Due to complications we were three days late picking up the RV however the company was kind enough to extend our rental at the tail end without charging extra fees. The only glitch is they have to put together a small manual just reminding us how to refuel the water tanks, turn on and off all the electronic devices. A fifteen minute tutorial for a first time user is great if only we could remember what all those switches, bells and whistles were for ten minutes after the lesson. Fortunately at all the camp site we visited other campers were only too happy to assist us, especially when emptying the grey water system for the first time. Overall it was a fantastic experience that two old seventy year olds will always treasure. Thank you RVR Kelowna.

The trailer was extremely clean and the ideal layout for the 4 generations of family that stayed in it. The drop off and pick up service takes all the stress out of “camping”. Can’t wait to have another family gathering at the lake again next year.

It was a wonderful experience, the RV included everything that we required. The pick up & drop off was smooth and the company was wonderful to deal with. The driving process was a bit painful for BC, but that is just driving a large vehicle in the mountains. Be aware that these are gas guzzlers and can hurt the pocket a lot if you are on a budget.

The Hideout Trailer met all of our needs. On some incredibly hot days, the AC worked beautifully. Beds were comfortable, the fridge and freezer worked perfectly, and the trailer was sturdy. We struggled to keep the door shut without slamming it and few ceiling lights didn't work, but nothing that took away from our trip and enjoyment of the RV experience. RVR Kelowna had amazing customer service and were able to answer any of our questions with friendly staff. We would definitely rent from them again!

The Mercedes’ was a great unit in good shape and good on gas. Staff at RVR Kelowna were very good. Will definitely rent from them again..
