The team was really great to deal with, very freindly and the pick up/drop off process was quick and easy. The range of gear included is awesome for anyone looking to get away for a weekend or even a longer trip. We are studnets travelling and it allowed us to go on our road trip and have all the gear we needed with ease and at affordable rates! Thanks RVR Kelowna.

This was our 2nd year in a row renting with RVR Kelowna, and like last year, they made our RV experience a wonderful one. They were very flexible with our booking and they are very thorough with explaining all the features. For the inexperienced RV vacationer they make it so easy! Very friendly staff and I look forward to this becoming an annual RV trip.

We were excited when we saw Tim on site to view the large Class C Deluxe motorhome and requested the Four Winds Unit for September 12 to 15th. On September 9th we received "Your trip is about to begin" "Large Class C Deluxe Motorhome". We did not receive the Four Winds Unit, instead an old Jayco Redhawk 29XK without an oven (stated as included) leaving us to find alternatives. It also had no stabilizers, so the unit rocked with the slightest movement even when leveled. I inquired about this unit on April 28 to inquiry@rvrentalskelowna but never received an answer. All this was mentioned at pick up but met with indifference. Our excitement went to "it will have to do" which was disappointing. Res #9613161

We loved this little trailer. A nice upgrade from our usual tenting experiences. Just 2 of us - can't imagine it would be comfortable with any more people. There were a few issues...faulty step, coffee pot was rusty, shower head fell off the wall... but overall it was great - bed was comfy, lots of lights and the kitchen was very well equipped. RVR staff were great to work with - very communicative and friendly. We would definitely recommend both the trailer and the company!

This is our 4th year renting an RV here and it has always been a seamless and smooth experience. The staff is great to deal with, they are super accommodating and responsive :) 10/10 recommend for your future adventures!

Excellent customer service, very accommodating rental, lots of space and worked great for our trip to Shambhala. It was just what we needed. The team at RVR couldn't have been nicer and more pleasant to rent from. Highly recommended!

Light weight Trailer towed well but hitch was not stabilized or braced with any bars despite paying for a special hitch. Uncomfortable floating sensation over small hills.
Sleeping was great until the battery ran down and triggered the CO monitor all night. Recharging the battery takes all day on AC current as generator only helped recharge from 1/4 to 2/4 after 2 hours running. RV trip and Technical support which I paid extra for and phone assistance did not respond when called at 10 PM.
Great freezer and cabinets worked well but all mats very dirty, dusty and slippery from old worn carpets. Broken tiny broom. Sani dump clear pipe easy to use.

Service 10/10, A+ service and friendly people, very welcoming!!! No complaints at all trip went without a hitch, 1500kms Okanagan to Rockies Loop was a blast. If I had to nitpick something the RV we had was showing its age a bit, but she got us there and back all good!!!

Everyone there was great to deal with. We got picked up at the airport which was really nice. The staff were friendly and kept in touch throughout our trip. The RV itself was also really nice and clean and well stocked. We would definitely recommend this company.
