The trailer was as expected when it was delivered to Bear Creek park. It was delivered on time and the manager who delivered the trailer spent time explaining how everything worked. He also went beyond what was required and lent us an extension cord and a fire stick. The trailer was equipped as expected and any questions we had were addressed immediately. We had no issues just questions. Overall great experience.

We rented a deluxe motorhome for our wedding, which was the most expensive unit mainly to ensure we had hot water whenever we needed it. The pick up process was smooth and everything seemed great at the start and the staff was friendly but unfortunately after 1 day of a 5 night rental, the hot water tank heater stopped working which meant we had no hot water in any of the taps or the shower. We contacted the company to address our concerns and were told they would reach out to maintenance to further diagnose, we followed everything that they told us to do and unfortunately it still did not resolve the issue. It also led to us taking away several hours from our wedding to try to diagnose the issue to ensure we had hot water. Unfortunately the issue was never resolved which left us with having no hot water and freezing cold showers during our wedding weekend. When we dropped the RV off, I let the company know again of the issues we faced and was hoping to receive some sort of compensation due to the unit not working as it should for 4 out of the 5 nights we booked but sadly nothing was offered, it felt as if the issue was dismissed quickly which is sad given we booked this unit for our special day. It was very expensive for the poor quality of the unit that was supposed to be a deluxe motorhome

I’ve rented RVs from RV Rental several times and every experience has been great. Whenever we had any issues, we were able to solve them quickly through text messages. The vehicles are new, and traveling with the family in a motorhome is always a wonderful experience. We’ve rented both trailers and motorhomes, and it has always been very good. I highly recommend it.

The team was really great to deal with, very freindly and the pick up/drop off process was quick and easy. The range of gear included is awesome for anyone looking to get away for a weekend or even a longer trip. We are studnets travelling and it allowed us to go on our road trip and have all the gear we needed with ease and at affordable rates! Thanks RVR Kelowna.

This was our 2nd year in a row renting with RVR Kelowna, and like last year, they made our RV experience a wonderful one. They were very flexible with our booking and they are very thorough with explaining all the features. For the inexperienced RV vacationer they make it so easy! Very friendly staff and I look forward to this becoming an annual RV trip.

We were excited when we saw Tim on site to view the large Class C Deluxe motorhome and requested the Four Winds Unit for September 12 to 15th. On September 9th we received "Your trip is about to begin" "Large Class C Deluxe Motorhome". We did not receive the Four Winds Unit, instead an old Jayco Redhawk 29XK without an oven (stated as included) leaving us to find alternatives. It also had no stabilizers, so the unit rocked with the slightest movement even when leveled. I inquired about this unit on April 28 to inquiry@rvrentalskelowna but never received an answer. All this was mentioned at pick up but met with indifference. Our excitement went to "it will have to do" which was disappointing. Res #9613161

We loved this little trailer. A nice upgrade from our usual tenting experiences. Just 2 of us - can't imagine it would be comfortable with any more people. There were a few issues...faulty step, coffee pot was rusty, shower head fell off the wall... but overall it was great - bed was comfy, lots of lights and the kitchen was very well equipped. RVR staff were great to work with - very communicative and friendly. We would definitely recommend both the trailer and the company!
