5.0Great camping trip, Palo set our RV up beautifully. The RV was comfortable and cosy especially with the rains. We got a chance to use the heater and it kept me very warm. Jess and Palo also let us know they would be available the whole time of our trip if we needed anything. Their hospitality was outstanding and I cant wait to book another trip soon. Thank you Jess & Palo.

5.0I can’t seem to find the words to express how grateful I am for the experience I had with Elevated Camping Experience LLC. Jess was extremely attentive, answering all of my questions before, during and after the rental. The reservation process was simple and she was very thorough in explaining how to tow, set up, use, hook up and deliver the trailer back to the lot. At first, I was overly cautious about the condition the unit would be in when I picked it up because of two previous rental nightmares with another rental business. Jess assured me I would be pleased. She certainly did not disappoint. I had THE BEST, relaxing vacation knowing Elevated Camping Experience LLC had treated me right. They were very good to me and I would definitely consider renting from them in the future. I would not hesitate, for a second, to recommend them to others. Truly, they are a diamond in the rough.
