Jess was a great host! She responded quickly to all my pre-trip questions about the trailer and local dispersed camping areas. Pick-up and drop-off were super easy. The TC Teardrop was awesome! Easy to tow, well equipped, and very comfortable (I especially liked the heated mattress pad!). It made the perfect homebase for the long weekend. I definitely recommend Elevated Camping!

Jess was amazing!! We rented the Cedar Ridge teardrop for 3 nights. She was more than willing to accommodate us in any way she could, even beyond what the rental site offers. The trailer is exactly, if not more than, what we expected.
We did have a rough night for one reason only ... the mattress (for us) was like sleeping on a board. We got absolutely no sleep. I called Jess the next morning pretty discouraged because we wanted to continue our trip, but our backs and especially my wife’s hips were killing her. Honestly, we’ve had better sleep on an air mattress, and those aren’t great either.
All that said, without any discussion or negotiating, she immediately offered to refund the remaining nights and apologized profusely. To be fair, we were the first ones to complain about the mattress, so maybe we’re just the odd ones out. Either way, she said she’s going to start offering “mattress options” if we come back. Who knows, maybe she’ll roll that out across the board but the fact that she was immediately willing to do that for us was incredible.
Without question, we’ll be back to rent the exact same trailer and likely take her up on those options. Can’t speak highly enough about Jess or how she runs things.

Jess always does a great job! Her regular communication always make the rental process smooth and easy. We are multiple time renters and will continue to be repeat customers! We have rented the Rpod and the pindrop and both were in great condition. We used their drop off service both times and that went flawlessly as well. Elevated is a great little company and I highly recommend them!!

Jess was amazing to work with from questions before renting and through the whole rental process. She took time and great care teaching us about the trailer when we picked it up and thought of everything and more that we might need for our trip. She also helped with ideas for camping spots and was available during our trip for any questions or concerns. The trailer was spotless! We will absolutely rent from Elevated Camping Experience in the future if camping out of northern AZ!

We had an amazing experience dispersed camping with our rented teardrop trailer! This was our very first time trying dispersed camping, and thanks to Jessica’s guidance, we found the perfect spot. The trailer itself was spotless, thoughtfully stocked, and had everything we could possibly need. Surrounded by peace and quiet, it made for the most relaxing getaway. We’re already looking forward to doing it again!

My wife and I have been researching teardrop trailers for several months and came across Jess and Elevated camping. We saw she had a Bean Stalk 1 and the Bean teardrop is one of the manufactures we have been looking at, My wife has never done camping and it has been decades since I last did. We contacted Elevated Camping and Jess and were immediately impress with her knowledge , professionalism and her graciousness to share her knowledge of the dozen of questions we had about about RVing and and what we may or may not need to set up a tear drop.
We rented the Bean for Aug 18th-21st of Aug of 2025 hand had Jess deliver it to Mary’s Lakeview campground just outside Flagstaff AZ and set it up. Jess was nice enough to answer another myriad of questions for us. My wife Cathy and I had 3 wonderful days in the mountains camping away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life even at our age. We are both proud to highly recommend Jess for your future camping adventures, she is wonderful.

Had a fantastic experience renting from Elevated Camping Experience. Jess was quick to respond to all our questions, and the booking process was smooth and straightforward. We rented the “Winnie” camper for the extra space and features. It did not disappoint! There was plenty of storage inside and out, and all the features were easy to use. The camper was very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed.

This is the 5th time I’ve camped in a trailer from Elevated Camping, & I absolutely love it every time! They are so luxurious - I don’t think I can go back to tent camping. Jess is extremely helpful and wants you to have the best experience. Highly recommend!
