Our Fully Stocked motorhome may be a 2015, but it only has 28,000+ miles on it and is super clean. Comes with everything you need for camping_ dishes, towels, pots and pans. There is even a coffee maker & toaster. Lots of storage. Two TV's. Easy to park, level and set up. Three slide outs. There is a Queen size bed, the table area makes into a small double bed (can comfortably sleep one adult or two children) and the pull down can sleep up to 200 lbs.Master bedroom has walk around queen size bed, plenty of storage, and a small TV. Spacious bathroom with safety handles and shower seat. Kitchen has 3 burner stove, medium size Frig, dining seats 4 and converts to a small bed. There is a large TV in the main cabin and the passenger seat swivels, there is a drop down platform with large single. Outside has TV, power awning and stereo.Please Note: WE DO NOT Allow OUR RV TO BE Camped Directly ON THE Beach OR IN THE Sand!
* YOU DO NOT Need A Class A License TO Drive This RV.
*ALL Drivers Must BE 35 Years OLD TO Drive This Vehicle.
* We do not allow the towing of any vehicle or cargo.
* Smoking and/or Vaping is strictly prohibited. If the vehicle is returned with a smoke odor, a cleaning fee will be charged of up to $500. And NO Glitter Inside!
* We are not accepting pets due to allergies. if we find signs of pets you will be charged $380 and up, for deep cleaning. Feel free to check if there are any policy changes, depending on size and circumstances.* We ask all renters to stay within 65 MPH or less while driving. Anything over 65 MPH will be subject to damage fees for any necessary repair and damages to the transmission.* Please DO NOT Flush ANY Toilet Paper, Wipes, ETC.. There IS A Trash CAN IN THE Bathroom FOR Disposal OF ALL Paper Products.Please return the RV as clean as you received it to avoid an extra cleaning charge of $175. No driving faster than 65 mph. (Even if the speed limit is higher).
No flushing any toilet paper of paper products in the toilet (there is a special receptacle in the bathroom for disposal of all paper products).

Nothing was as presented by the host. We had the RV delivered and shortly thereafter the pressure release valve blew on the propane tank. The refrigerator took 72 hours to get cold. Kitchen cabinet doors under sink have broken hinges/do not shut properly
Passenger side rear slide will not go in/out without heavy pushing and pulling.
Bathroom exhaust fan does not work and skylight does not close
Bedroom exhaust fan does not work and skylight does not close
Back up camera does not sync with phone
Main tv works (shows picture) but no audio
Other two tvs do not work
bedroom privacy door has broken latch slides open and close while driving
Screen on bedroom window does not latch and falls off
Leveling jacks do not work. The generator continually shuts off after only running a few minutes.
Privacy screen motor on front windshield does not work…we had to manually roll up/down the screen which took a lot of force.
Inside cabin was not cleaned. We went through and thoroughly mopped/wiped down/scrubbed/scoured the interior and the rags and cleaning water we used were black prior to leaving for our trip.
Front privacy screen left side bracket is broken off/not screwed in and was stored in dash console box
Dining table valence box missing left side
Water constantly dripping outside from the kitchen slide
The passenger seat outlet and master bedroom tv and electrical outlet does not work
Upper pantry door latch does not hold door closed….door flings open while driving
All outside storage cabinets were filthy and had not been cleaned (see photos) We opened the outdoor refrigerator door for inspection and found it full of sand and water. There were holes and water leaking from the ice maker lines. This refrigerator did not appear to have ever been serviced. All hoses (sewage, water and power cables were not wrapped up neatly in storage. They were tossed in haphazardly and full of knots which had to be untangled.
There was not a complete set of silverware. One butter knife, about 5 mismatched forks, some spoons.
