Résumé de l'évaluation
Highly communicative and responsive
Stacey is consistently praised for her prompt communication and attentiveness, quickly answering questions and being easy to work with. She proactively addresses issues, offering solutions and partial refunds when needed.
Driving can be inconsistent
The van is often praised for being clean, spacious, and comfortable, with an onboard restroom and good lighting. However, some experienced a rougher ride, shaking at speeds over 70 mph, inconsistent AC distribution, and non-functional TVs.

5.0The host was VERY attentive and had plenty of communication. We never felt confused and any questions she had were answered right away. The van itself was very nice! We had a few issues with the dvd player on the way back, but Apple TV worked great instead! Having all the seating and space made our trip to Colorado so much easier than taking cars and SUV's. We are very glad to have rented this van and everything went really great. Keep in mind it is definitely more of a camper van, but a very nice one at that. We didn't have any issues while driving or with any of the other electronics. It was SUPER hot outside, but the AC did its best and kept it fairly cool in the back also. And the lighting was awesome! Plus there is plenty of space and seating to put car seats for kids. If you are going on a trip with kids or just want to have a weekend getaway, this is the van to get.

5.0RV was extremely clean, just like the pictures show. Mechanically everything checked out fine. Interior is loaded and everything worked fine, including the TV. Owner was great to work with and very communicative. Having the restroom onboard while roadtripping was a nice feature that the other vans don't have. It's a pricey proposition, especially to get it delivered from Bellevue, but I feel like we got what we paid for and their were no surprises. We added on the luggage rack with the cargo protector...that was huge because there's not much storage room because of the bathroom. The cargo bag fits a ton of stuff in it. If I had to nit pick for areas of improvement...it rode a little rougher than I expected. Not nearly as bad as most RV's but not as smooth as a typical conversion van. Granted it was middle of summer...but we couldn't quite get the inside temperature consistent, people in front and middle cabin were comfy, in the back it was hot. Or people in back were comfy and middle cabin freezing. But at least the AC worked great and we could be cool. I would definitely recommend and I would definitely rent again.
