Résumé de l'évaluation

Responsive with helpful support

Jonathan is praised for responsiveness, helpfulness, and smooth pickup/dropoff, often offering pre-walkthroughs. However, several guests reported unexpected post-trip charges (e.g., waste tank, tolls, refueling) and unclear communication regarding these fees. Contactless check-in sometimes left guests unsure about systems.

Easy to drive and spacious

The RV is generally praised as spacious, comfortable, and easy to drive and use, with simple controls. However, some guests reported noticeable wear and tear, issues like detaching seat panels, a non-functional generator, or receiving the RV with a partially full black water tank.
