All in all, a great trip. Renting an RV is a bit more work than renting a car, but worth it in the end.

Great smaller RV for a quick trip. Very easy with a touchscreen for everything. Definitely not like those older RVs on Outdoorsy.

The best part was the US Grand Prix. As for the rental, we lost power and the ability to use the generator within 24 hours of our arrival. It would have been ok but the host was very rude when we asked for help. The camper is probably fine for use at an RV park.

Thank you for your review! The RV was given to you in working condition. You seem to have left the RV on while at the race and it drained your entire battery! Without a jump you would not have power. Unfortunately you did not want assistance saying it was not something you wanted to organize! Please be accountable for your actions and maybe you should look into a hotel!

This was my first time renting an RV and they made it easy to go over everything you need. The RV was clean, and easy to drive. Jonathan responded quickly and was available for any questions I had. My family had a great time and I would definitely rent from here again.

At first I was mad cause I couldn’t extend but after realizing the troubles of peer to peer I understand but still a problem for future rental. Yet while trip was still nice I was let down on RV condition toilet leaked entirety of the trip. Guy said they put treatment in black water which is why it was at 33% but I could never get it below 67. Shower wand was spaying water out the side. My child found a cocaine spoon. Got told by at least 10 people my left tire looked flat after many repeats shakiness and looking at it I realized there was a mismatched wheel on the left hand believe was causing it. Engine reads that service was past due. And some damage that was an easy fix on inside of extension.
Then after returning a day early I got charged 100 random fee I don’t understand Johnathon just kept saying I should have read contract better also a 66 dollar charge for propane when I received at 52% full and left 30 something so basically used 20% of a 9.6 gallon tank(I checked tank size through chat gpt). Johnathon said I was responsible for a full tank which was considered full at 70%. I hit it at 52 so was never full and regardless he said it cost 6 a gallon to fill but that math wouldn’t add up then he said it was a 13 gallon tank. IDK something ain’t right and he got annoyed with my confusion a refused to continue talking.

Hello, Duane Alexander, Thank you for your review. As with all other rental companies, if you do not return the tanks as they were left to you, there is a service fee post trip. I am sorry we could not accomodate your extra time request, but it is not right to privately then publically throw a little boy tantrum. We waived multiple post trip fees and damages already due to your entitled and argumentative attitude. It does not look like you did any research about RVing before booking your first ever RV trip and the damages repaired on the vehicle could definitely be accounted for by your lack of planning. We hope you look in to glamping hotels for your next trip, as they have onsite help for those that do not want to touch, learn, or do anything themselves.
