My trip was fantastic! I was so close to giving 5 stars. To save you time reading, my main reason for 4 is because I had to use their bike rack when I stated that I had my own and I would still pay them the bike rack fee. That didn’t seem fair to me as their bike rack is arm-style and mine is platform style, which carries my bikes well. The arm style is not a good style of rack and it made me unable to bring my favorite bike on my trip. If that doesn’t matter to you, the 5 stars. Their rules and pick-up and drop-off times are strict, with little to no wiggle room. Can’t ding them for sticking to their guns, but good to know for you future renters. Their communication was excellent. Anything I needed or was curious about (this was my first RV trip) they answered within seconds, literally. I messaged through the Outdoorsy app and they responded promptly. Next, I accidentally broke the glass stovetop in the RV. They thanked me for letting them know and moved on. They are very professional. I would rent from them again, but the bike rack thing will have me looking at independent renters first.
