Résumé de l'évaluation

Exceptional Communication and Flexibility

Veronica consistently demonstrates prompt communication, addressing questions efficiently. She and her husband are attentive, flexible with delivery/pickup times, provide thorough walkthroughs, and actively resolve issues like a faulty generator.

Aging Trailer with Inconsistent Amenities

Described as spacious and cozy, it shows signs of age with maintenance issues like difficult windows and a door that needs slamming. Basic kitchen items are often lacking, and amenities listed (oven) may be absent.
