An oven was listed under Ammenities (see more) but no oven. "Kitchen Basics" were lacking. No knives, limited silverware, no mixing bowls, spatula, whisk which are all basic. Three pans in VERY old condition with lose handles. Kitchen outlet did not work. No hose for fresh hookup...we had to borrow one from neighbor. No screen on bunk bed window. Sliding windows difficult to open/close. Door needs to be slammed to close.
Veronica was very kind and communicative. She and her husband own many rv's. She explained this is an older trailer that is rented a lot and that is reflected in the price.
I decided to leave a review as she is listed as a "Superhost" and we were somewhat disappointed in this rental.

Our experience in the RV was excellent - easy to use and a very comfortable stay even in hot weather with no RV hook-ups!! Our hosts were super nice and very good with communication making for an easy check-out and drop-off. Would highly recommend and look forward to booking with them again soon.

I rented a trailer from them for a desert trip with just my son and I. Since it was my first time I was researching all over the place with price comparisons. Veronica and Luis had an excellent choice with the Genesis Wanderer that checked all the boxes I was looking for. From the start Veronica answered all the questions I had and kept in touch the whole time with me all the way to the day of the trip, as I needed the trailer dropped off at the site I was staying at. Luis was very helpful as well. He delivered the trailer for me and set it up, afterward he did a complete walk through with the trailer and assured me if I needed any further assistance I could contact him or his wife Veronica and they would help me out. During my trip the trailer was more than enough, everything was clean and worked well. I will definitely rent from them in the future.

My entire family loved this rv! And it drove amazing. Veronica was super sweet and helpful with every question I had about the RV. if we need to rent another rv for anything she will be the first I would choose over all the other RVs. Thank you Veronica 🩷
