Amazing timely and responsive customer service. Adjusted to our plans with delivery/pick up and gave a helpful tutorial on the sprinter van features. We had a smooth,comfortable, and safe road trip to graduation. A game changer for family trips- feels fun and adventurous-esp if wish to avoid the airport. Highly recommend this company and its staff who facilitated the process.

We had a great experience with checkmate rentals. Great communication, RV was clean when it was delivered, and everything worked as it should. Will rent from them again.

The 15 passenger van was great for are big family and when we had a few problems with the van Jon was great and got back to use fasts and resolved the problem quickly and fast and overall the trip with the van was great
