Host was very nice and accommodating. Trailer was exactly as promised. We had a great trip. Check in was a breeze. Highly recommend the host.

Van didn't start in 36F weather. Wipers didn't work well and were tearing apart.

We appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. In colder weather, the vehicle does have a boost switch available to assist with starting as was communicated during the rental. We’ve also noted your concerns about the wipers and have addressed it. We appreciate you bringing this to our attention.

We loved it! Communication and support was prompt. Vehicle handled smoothly. Amenities used were in working order. Hosts were friendly and courteous. We highly recommend this rental.

Outdoorsy assessed a $150 "prep fee" that was to ensure the RV was sanitized before rental. It was not. The camper was filthy. Also, the listing said the camper had a bathroom sink. It did not. In communicating with the host before pickup, I asked what kind of hitch I needed to tow the trailer. I was told all towing equipment would be provided. Got there for pickup, and they did not have a hitch. Had to wait 45 minutes while they found one. Will not use Outdoorsy again.

The host was incredibly kind and helpful. It was our first time renting an RV, and they patiently explained every detail, which made our journey truly unforgettable. The RV was in excellent condition and comfortably accommodated our group of eight, it can easily sleep ten. We had such a wonderful experience, and we will definitely repeat this adventure!

The drop off and setup service was amazing.
The camper was perfect. Everything looked and worked like it was brand new.
Perfect for our dogs to relax in and have their own space.

The host (Hector) was the absolute best! He reviewed all the ins and outs with us at pick up and was available when we called with a question. The RV was great, perfect for our family's needs, and I will definitely call on this host again!

The rental with the insurances and setting up fees is way more than you would expect to rent a RV. Receipt shown. The hot water was out as soon as we arrived. We called the service number and the franchise owner of Lake St. Louis with no results. The owner would not approve for someone to come out and look at the on demand water heater to which he knew was having problems.|

Natasha and her husband were great to work with and allowed us to come see the van prior to renting. Van was stocked with essentials with option to rent other items if needed. They were also very thorough going over how to properly utilize the equipment on/in the van.

The team at Fireside is absolutely amazing. I ask a lot of questions… the responses were prompt and so helpful! You really feel like a VIP from the booking to the return. I would highly recommend them over any of the big box RV rental companies! It was so refreshing to have personalized service! Thank you so much for the memorable trip! We will book again!!!!
