The RV was very clean and the hosts were nice. However, it had no stabilizers and we were told they had run out of leveling blocks. Major issues were torn or missing screens, gap in the door, and no blackout curtain by the table; this meant mosquitoes got in and we were not able to have full privacy or dark sleeping conditions, which made for an unpleasant experience. We paid for an inverter and coffee maker, but the inverter was too small to run it (camp hours meant no generator in the morning), and was too limited on how long it could run a medical device, which was concerning. We would not rent this again.

We showed up to pick up the rental at 3:15 (pickup time was 3) and was told that the RV would not be ready for another 30-45 minutes - it has fuel tank issue and a slide out issue and still needed to be cleaned.

We’re sorry for the delay at pickup and the inconvenience that caused to your plans. The RV required additional last-minute checks and cleaning to ensure it was safe and ready for the road, which unfortunately took longer than expected. We understand how frustrating that wait must have been without advance notice, and we’ll work on improving communication in similar situations going forward.

We were unable to accept the vehicle in the condition in which it was presented and had to make other arrangements. This host is an RV rental company.

Although the scheduled pickup was 3:00 PM, the guest arrived after 8:00 PM, which is outside our posted business hours of 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Despite this, our team stayed to complete the necessary paperwork, orientation, and walkthrough.

Never got to talk to the host on phone. Seemed like you didn't want me to have contact with my host. Seamed like a strange company. I go to Alaska every year and this is is the worst year ever. There were a lot of hidden charges that was not posted. My credit card got hacked. Think before you go through this company. Sorry not a good experience. Will not do it again!

The RV was the perfect way to experience Alaska. Loved the convenience of the home on wheels. This particular unit does show some wear and tear, nothing unusable but mostly cosmetic stuff.

Fully supplied kitchen does not include any dish cloths, dish soap, dish towels, trash can, trash bags, paper towel, kitchen cutting board or knives.
Even without those items, I was happy with the rental. The motor home was very clean and everything was in working order. I would rent with this company again.

The staff was very helpful and took the time to show us all the features of the RV. We were pleasantly surprised that we didn’t have to dump the waste water before returning. That’s never fun! We will rent from them again.

The refrigerator worked well, plenty of storage space. I don't think I'd store a broom in the space for food though.

The trip started off with an hour and a half delay as there was an issue with the rv. The front seat had to be taken off to fix the issues. We were given a couple bundles of wood for our troubles. It doesn't give you a lot of confidence when the trip starts off there. Other than that the rental was ok. Inspect the unit thoroughly as they said "we took photos and videos." Do the work yourself. They should go through the unit together. It wasnt all bad, enjoy rhe trip. Thanks Alaska rv rental
