Hello! My name is Eddie Ford. I am married to my lovely wife, Jane, and have 2 awesome kids, Stella and Knox. We also have 2 dogs, Petri and Beaker. I am a former teacher/coach that loves family vacations. I have been around and used RV's my entire life! Growing up, I would go camping in our RV with my family. We went to as many state parks in Texas that we could. When I got a little older, I would tailgate with my family and our RV every weekend. We are all huge Texas Longhorn Football fans (Hook 'Em!). Now, I love to go on family vacations with my wife and 2 kids and explore as much as we can. I hope that I am able to provide an enjoyable experience for others at an affordable price. My goal is to make the experience as fun and easy as I can for the first time RV user to the most experience veteran RV user! To do this, I provide not only a detailed walk through, but detailed instructions as well as QR links with detailed video demonstrations. Hope you have an amazing time! -Eddie

Eddie makes his money on charging you for everything taking no consideration on anything. My husband cut his leg bad on a nail this guy over looked. The 3 stars are for the simple fact that we saw our family and that was worth some of the things we went thru. This Rv should not be rented at all. It shook the whole way there so hard screws fell out that he’s put all over the interior.
We filed a claim thru outdoorsy for the injury and for not agreeing with his extra charges he submitted. And after reading the poor reviews he got I new he was going to try and charge us more so I removed out credit card so he couldn’t. It says 179.00 a night
But there are hidden charges to that. Oh yes he will say he has documentations that we signed. We were excited to go on our trip and my husband didn’t see those. But the good news is outdoorsy work with the customer as well and I put everything in writing with them along with pictures of my husband’s injury’s. Don’t rent from this guy!! This rv is dangerous and not fit for the road.

The dodge ran great and Eddie was a great communicator on how to operate everything . Would recommend to anyone for a weekend get away

Outdoorsy was great to work with .How ever Eddie the guy I rented from was absolutely terrible ! This guy should not be dealing with the public he should be in the back washing campers . I get it I brought the camper back it needed washed I missed that so didn’t mind being charged but I was charged for numerous things such as a mattress also I was charged for a light connector that he hooked up when I got to the camp ground I had no lights I was able to fix them myself to make the 10 hr trip home . I was provided with no receipts either .Nevertheless after it was all over ole Eagle Eye Eddie charged me $500 I paid it , Over all this was a terrible, terrible experience & I’m not a Karen !

Please look at all of my other reviews for more reliable sources for my rentals. Richard tore the lights cord on his trip. He tried to use electrical tape to rig it and declared it fine and didn't need to be charged. I of course have to replace it so I charged him for the damage he caused. He also allowed his dog to rip holes in the mattress. He also did not think he had to pay for that because you could still , quote, lay on it. Richard also showed up to my shop on return day inebriated, slurring his words and jack knifing the trailer right in front of me as he was rushing to return it. He used every curse word in the book in an attempt to intimidate me into not charging him for his own damages. He continuously harassed and threatened me through my texts messages after return. DO NOT rent to Richard, as he does not care for other peoples property or take personal responibility.

The RV was exactly as described, easy to drive and simple to use its features. Eddie was an amazing host and very responsive when we had a question while out in the RV! We definitely would rent from him again!!!

We rented the teardrop trailer as our first experience towing a camper. I thought the whole experience (reserving, changing dates, confirming, pick up and return) we're all easy. The camper itself was exactly as described and just what we expected. It was comfortable and easy to use.

Enjoyed renting again from Eddie. Process is easy and straightforward. Our family of 5 had a blast with this RV out to Mineral Wells. Great time, no issues.

From the moment we booked everything about the experience was organized and professional. The unit was very well maintained and the owner provided a one hour training session to illustrate all the features of the RV. We highly recommend Eddie and can’t say enough about our experience!!

The RV was in pristine condition and so easy to drive, thanks entirely to Eddie's amazing communication skills and clear instructions! He gave us the confidence for our very first RV experience. We loved having this little home on wheels throughout our 10-day western trek. There was so much space, great storage, clean and fresh bathroom functionality, a modern kitchen, and very comfortable seats for driving. There were so many amenities we didn't even fully use yet so can't wait for the next trip! Definitely a dream come true and all thanks to the excellent vehicle and wise guidance from Eddie!
