Outdoorsy was great to work with .How ever Eddie the guy I rented from was absolutely terrible ! This guy should not be dealing with the public he should be in the back washing campers . I get it I brought the camper back it needed washed I missed that so didn’t mind being charged but I was charged for numerous things such as a mattress also I was charged for a light connector that he hooked up when I got to the camp ground I had no lights I was able to fix them myself to make the 10 hr trip home . I was provided with no receipts either .Nevertheless after it was all over ole Eagle Eye Eddie charged me $500 I paid it , Over all this was a terrible, terrible experience & I’m not a Karen !

Please look at all of my other reviews for more reliable sources for my rentals. Richard tore the lights cord on his trip. He tried to use electrical tape to rig it and declared it fine and didn't need to be charged. I of course have to replace it so I charged him for the damage he caused. He also allowed his dog to rip holes in the mattress. He also did not think he had to pay for that because you could still , quote, lay on it. Richard also showed up to my shop on return day inebriated, slurring his words and jack knifing the trailer right in front of me as he was rushing to return it. He used every curse word in the book in an attempt to intimidate me into not charging him for his own damages. He continuously harassed and threatened me through my texts messages after return. DO NOT rent to Richard, as he does not care for other peoples property or take personal responibility.

The RV was exactly as described, easy to drive and simple to use its features. Eddie was an amazing host and very responsive when we had a question while out in the RV! We definitely would rent from him again!!!

We rented the teardrop trailer as our first experience towing a camper. I thought the whole experience (reserving, changing dates, confirming, pick up and return) we're all easy. The camper itself was exactly as described and just what we expected. It was comfortable and easy to use.

From the moment we booked everything about the experience was organized and professional. The unit was very well maintained and the owner provided a one hour training session to illustrate all the features of the RV. We highly recommend Eddie and can’t say enough about our experience!!

The RV was in pristine condition and so easy to drive, thanks entirely to Eddie's amazing communication skills and clear instructions! He gave us the confidence for our very first RV experience. We loved having this little home on wheels throughout our 10-day western trek. There was so much space, great storage, clean and fresh bathroom functionality, a modern kitchen, and very comfortable seats for driving. There were so many amenities we didn't even fully use yet so can't wait for the next trip! Definitely a dream come true and all thanks to the excellent vehicle and wise guidance from Eddie!

The bad- the motorhome had a check engine light that came on while driving through the mountains. It put the RV into “limp home mode” which left us traveling at 30 mph on a one lane highway with no shoulder. In the middle of nowhere. It added significant time to the trip impacting our entire trip.He was able to tell that it was a fuel sensor error and said it was due to the high altitude and pretty expected. I have spoken to multiple people who disagree, especially for a 2022. Even if it is “expected” for this vehicle that should be disclosed in advance. The bottom of the RV was covered in sand when we did the initial walk through (and I later discovered that the wiper blades were needing to be replaced some time ago). It’s possible that more thorough cleaning and maintenance would have prevented this type of issue.

I have a tracking system on my RVs in order to best assist my renters. I got notified about a pressure sensor fault when the renter was above 10,000 feet altitude. This is a very common issue with RVs at this altitude with the pressure sensor as the pressure is lower the higher you go, especially above 10,000 feet. The renter did not notify me they were going to such extreme altitudes. The RV was spotless as I do all the cleaning myself and prep days before the renter arrives. The pictures clearly show this in the departure photos. You can also reference all my other reviews. When the renter returned, she mentioned everything was fantastic and thanked me for being on top of and diagnosing the pressure sensor which was a non issue. Not sure why the sudden change of heart.

This teardrop camper was so easy to use and to tow. It was easy to work with, and it was really fun to bring all the way up to Utah. Communication with Eddie was clear and concise. It was really easy from pick up to drop off and his rules for the vehicle were really explicitly stated and it was overall a really wonderful value.
