The communication with the company was excellent. Everything in the RV was super clean very comfortable will be renting again.

RV had few issues such as toilet was backing up and we had to call the helpline to switch off city water and then drain out. This is despite the fact that we never used the toilet and only used campground toilets. The RV is spacious and worked well for us, but it does need some work. Our trip was nice. I will use Outdoorsy again.

First RV user so needed a lot of hand holding. Adam was quick to respond and hold my hand through every step of the rental. Definitely will be coming back to rent from him again in the future.

I took this RV on a fall road trip through New England and it was PERFECT from start to finish. The rig was spotless, easy to drive, and clearly cared for—everything worked exactly as it should (heat, hookups, kitchen, the whole nine yards). It handled mountain roads and small-town streets without stress, and setup at campsites was a breeze.

Customer service is not existent. Get ready to be yanked around when you explain what went wrong. First told the wrong size hitch which caused a serious hold up in plans. Then no propane. Icing on the cake is that when Adam showed me the camper the tanks showed full. He said "just ignore that its empty", I didn't know any differently, it was our first time using a camper so I went with that. Once we finally figuered out why we had no heat and hot water, because there was no propane, we got everything up and running and the shower wouldn't drain until we got the camper pumped. Adam responded to my request to at the very least be reimbursed the additional propane tanks with "have a good night". Renter be warned.
2 calls and a text were also ignored the night we realized we had no propane in 40 degree weather with 3 small childeren.

All around excellent experience renting our camper from Manchester RV. Pick up was a breeze and convenient, as was drop off. The equipment is in great working order and very clean and comfortable. I think this was everything I was expecting and more from this kind of transaction. I'll recommend this service to anyone I know looking for it.

Everything about our rental went off without an issues!
The team was very helpful in walking us through the RV’s systems, as this was our first time renting an RV.
We enjoyed the comforts of home while our adult kids and their cousins tent camped right outside our door!
We’ll definitely be coming back again!

We had a great time. Adam and his team were great and very easy to work with. They were very thorough with explaining how to operate the RV and the RV itself was in great condition with no operational issues at all. We plan to rent again.
