Water in the shower kelp running on the floor had to put are towels down on the floor to stop the water coming out of the shower gfi was off in the bathroom so I had to put it on to get the coffee maker to work I knew what it was I was a electrician so I fix it I think the camper wasn’t level that why the water in the shower was going on the floor other then that we hat a good time in the trailer

As usual, we had a blast!! There were a couple typical events that occurred when spending time in an RV, and Brent either came out to check our concerns or walked us through it on the phone. We felt safe through the storm. We had everything we needed. We will definitely make this our annual family reunion. Thank you Escape RV!!

We LOVED the Moana RV layout. The RV was magnificant!!!!Merely a few observations (which owner of RV might want to address) for maintenance of RV:
1) there is a strong sewer odor inside RV (we had to leave bathroom ceiling vents open to lessen odor. (Opening vents caused ac to raise ac settings above the set temp-so (not) a recommendation for future rentals, tho. Possibly, a blockage inside exterior sewer pipes?
2) trim molding around rear bathroom door, needs to be replaced (possibly, damaged during transporting RV) or caused by opening/closing pop-outs for transporting RV)
3) Window screen (in dinette area) needs to be replaced, as it is pulled out of area where screen is attached.
4. Several gouges around rear bedroom sliding door (possibly happened during transporting RV)?
5. 1/2 of magnet of rear bathroom door is missing-preventing sliding door to stay closed during use of toilet
6. Mixing Bowls might be considered, to make mixing recipes while cooking easier
7. Towels did not seem to be washed, prior to our rental?
8. Shelves need installation in laundry room

Everyone was super helpful and the customer service was great. The only reason I gave it three stars was because we had two sewage backups into the shower which put a dampen on the trip

Amazing! RV was clean and exactly as pictured. Great communication. Had everything ready for us, it was our first time renting and RV and they made the whole process so smooth and easy. I cannot wait to continue renting the Sparrow RV from escape RV rental in the future!
