Very nice bathroom with it's own exterior door and upgraded porcelain foot flush toilet with slow closing lid. Comes with freshly clean sheets on the beds, pillows, mattress cover on queen bed, an optional generator, sewer equipment, etc. It has a gas/electric refrigerator, LED lighting throughout the interior plus two LED light strips outside (one on the 20ft awning), one TV on a swivel mount, indoor and outdoor speakers, large front storage area, outdoor shower, Furrion observation/backup camera, Latch It Keyless RV lock on main entrance, LCI solid steps, LCI JT Strong Arm, and many other features. Generator rental available for an additional fee.Water: Please indicate if you would like the fresh water tank filled.

Eli ensured smooth, on-time delivery and pickup, and was flexible with scheduling. He was also prompt, courteous, and great with communication.

Guests consistently found the trailer clean, spacious (fitting 4-7 adults comfortably), and cozy. The AC was effective in hot weather, though some noted the absence of a generator.
