Amenities include: One slide, power stablizer jacks/tongue(push of a button), Hdtv, air-conditioner, DVD player, inside/outside refrigerator, 3 burner gas stove, microwave, 30 amp hook up, 2x20lb propane tanks, all needed hoses, lawn chairs & gas grill.
The kitchen will have a coffee pot, plates, cups, pots, pans, silverware, and kitchen utensils. Linens, towels, and sleeping bags for bunks will be provided upon request. Update---Due to awning being damaged for the 3rd time by previous renters the awning will be disabled because insurance refuses to pay.
Limited supply of toilet paper, paper towels, and cleaning supplies are provided.
In the bunk room are DVDs and games for family entertainment. I walk you through the different steps to operate the camper, I can send you with instructions and be available by text, phone or email if you have questions during your trip. Delivery is NOT included in the price, additional charges and arrangements need to be made, please contact us if this is a service you require.
What you need to tow Baker ... We will provide a weight distribution & stabilizer hitch that makes pulling this camper much easier. Please make sure the towing capacity of your vehicle is atleast 7,000 lbs. You must have a trailer plug and brake controller.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We are usually available for pickup during any part of the day except between 10:30am-2pm. We have to work around our work schedules.
