The motorhome sleeps 5 people depending on size and comes fully equipped with dishes, cookware, toaster and Keurig coffee maker. It is a wonderful family RV loaded with everything you need to have an amazing vacation. You can even bring along your furry friend. Any pets must be approved prior to departure, and a pet deposit is required. No cats please.A guest guide explaining how to use everything is included along with a digital guide and videos sent prior to departure!The interior is beautiful and has 3 slides, which significantly increases the living and master bedroom areas. It has a large 4 door refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, which also doubles as a convection oven and 3 burner gas stove. The 2 captain’s chairs in the front rotate making for additional seating. It is equipped with 3 TV's, 1 in the bedroom, 1 in the living area with a DVD player and 1 outside with an entertainment center.Some other nice features include an insane amount of closet and storage space, gas/electric water heater, automatic hydraulic leveling system, rear camera, outside & inside shower, 16 foot power awning, large outside patio blanket, 80 gallon fuel capacity, 16.5 gal (56 pound) attached propane tank, gas generator, 71 gallon fresh water tank, 41 gallon grey water and 51 gallon black water tank.**The RV will be clean with a full tank of gas, propane, and fresh water upon pick up. Black and grey tanks will be empty upon pick up. Dumping station supplies will be included, and dumping services are available for an extra charge.
