Enjoy the Ozarks in this unique designed toy hauler! We take the stress of towing out of your hands. We set up and Pick up when your adventure is over. The Torque will be ready and waiting for you at your camping destination.Our Torque is loaded and ready for you! Pack your necessities and book with us. Our rental includes bed linens as well as throws, fully loaded kitchen (see below), camp chairs and small tables. There is also a shower and tub in the bathroom. You may contact us if you have any questions.You'll love the King sized bed with 3 inch memory foam. The "master" bedroom is located above the garage. The setup is perfect for a couple but the loveseat will pullout to accommodate the kids! There is ample storage inside. The bedroom had cabinets and the hall closets and drawers are huge for an RV. I helps to keep your living space neat and tidy.Our standard delivery fee is $150 is based upon a 50 mile radius of our home. Our home base is outside Flippin and Bull Shoals, AR which makes us centrally located for many campground camping locations. And most popular campgrounds in our area fall within our mileage radius. This fee includes delivery/pick up, set-up/breakdown, and dumping of the tanks. If the location/mileage is in question, we will discuss the mileage and additional fees in more detail during the booking process.Please note, we cannot accommodate all campgrounds or campsites due to the unique size of the RV. Please have any campground and specific site information available for us.

1. DELIVERY ONLY-which means we will deliver, set-up, tear down and dump and clean the tanks after your use. This is all included in the standard delivery fee.
2. No Smoking or drug use is allow in the RV, your entire security deposit will be held until smoke remediation can be obtained. Whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages.
2. Pets are not allowed.
3. Owner will provide information on operation of RV at time of pickup and will provide instruction manuals for operation of RV systems, features and appliances. It is renter’s responsibility to understand and follow instructions. Failure to use proper handling of any of the systems, features or appliances in RV may result in damage and renter will be liable for cost to repair. You will sign and acknowledge your understanding of our provided information. You will also be required to sign our Supplemental Rental Agreement.
4. Awning use is strictly prohibited
5. You are required to take out the Outdoorsy insurance during your rental.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

We do our best to accommodate and make your rental experience pleasurable. Our delivery/set-up is limited to campground check-in times. We will meet you at check-in time or later. We ask you to coordinate arrival time with us so we can get set-up, perform our walk through together, exchange keys and we can be on our way so you can start your trip. We will coordinate pick-up times during the key exchange. Pick-up times must be a least an hour before the campground check-out.

Why can't I tow your RV?

We are DELIVERY ONLY and prefer to deliver and set up for our renters. Our RV is unique and is much higher than the average RV. It is not compatible with some campgrounds and sites with a lot of trees.

Why do you require information about our campsite?

Due to the height of the RV, we do not fit in many campground sites. The tree limbs and scratch the roof and limit the slide. We like to take a look at all campsite before we agree to the rental.

We bought our first RV in Arkansas where we owned our retirement property. We chose to buy locally which is important to us. We then camped on our own land for a few days and then headed back to S. California where we lived in our 45' toy hauler. Our campground was the best neighborhood we've lived until we moved to the Ozarks. We have since downsized to a 30' toy hauler which serves as our guest suite. Now we've chosen to share this wonderful space with other who want to experience the Ozarks!
We bought our first RV in Arkansas where we owned our retirement property. We chose to buy locally which is important to us. We then camped on our own land for a few days and then headed back to S. California where we lived in our 45' toy hauler. Our campground was the best neighborhood we've lived until we moved to the Ozarks. We have since downsized to a 30' toy hauler which serves as our guest suite. Now we've chosen to share this wonderful space with other who want to experience the Ozarks!
