• No smoking • If your vehicle does not have an operational brake controller, we require that you rent ours. • Renters must be 25 and older with some trailer towing experience. • Pets under 30lbs, that are house trained are welcome. At no time can they be left unattended inside the RV. They must be kenneled if they are to be left alone. Please keep them off the furniture and beds. • Keep it clean please! This is used personally as well as offered to our guests. • Please return the RV in a clean and tidy condition. All dishes must be washed and put away. Dirty bath towels in the shower floor, dirty kitchen towels in the sink and dirty sheets/sleeping bags pulled and left in a pile on the bunk. We will clean and disinfect, but we will charge an excessive cleaning fee if the interior of RV is not wiped down and overall in a clean condition. • We understand road grime is unavoidable and we will wash the exterior. If you’re in a muddy area we will expect excessive mud be washed off before return. There is a wash bay at the return location that you can use at no additional charge. The wash bay must be left clean of excessive mud if you choose to use it. • Lost or damaged items will be deducted from your security deposit. • Interior and awning damages are not covered by your renters insurance so in the event damage to the interior occurs please understand the repair costs will be deducted from your security deposit. I am fair and I do understand standard wear and tear is normal. In the event something happens, please communicate with me so we can agree on a plan.
