This is a condensed summary of rules. Complete rules are noted in the Terms of service and Supplement Rental Agreement. 1. Renter must participate in a pre-rental orientation walk-through that will take approximately 60 minutes. All Drivers as well as person listed as Renter on the reservation must be present 2. Pick up/Drop off times are noted in the Reservation. Deviations from these times are subject to availability and mutual agreement by Owner and Renter. Owner cannot guarantee Renter’s preferred time will be available. Tardy arrival for Pick up or Drop off will result in a $25 per hour late fee. If Rental Vehicle is returned after 8pm, the full daily rate will be charged as penalty for late arrival. A $100 administrative fee plus the full daily rate will be charged in the event that Owner must cancel another confirmed and paid booking due to the late return. 3. The only thing permitted in the toilet is human waste and RV-approved toilet paper. 4. Waste holding tanks must be emptied and flushed prior to return unless Renter has pre-paid the Dump Fee noted in the Fee Schedule. 5. The use of incense and smoking of any kind is prohibited, including cigarettes, marijuana products, vaping devices or E-Cigarettes. 6. Rental Vehicle is NOT allowed to travel outside the contiguous United States. No travel is permitted on any non-paved roadways, including but not limited to logging roads, forest service roads, beaches, fields, etc. The only exception to this is a non-paved road inside a permanent, licensed Campground/RV Park. The Rental Vehicle should be driven at a maximum speed of 65 miles per hours and should never be driven in excess of 70 miles per hour, as this is dangerous and increases the likelihood of tire failure and loss of control, in addition to reducing gas mileage. Evidence of speeding in excess of 70 MPH or traveling on prohibited roadways will result in forfeiture of the entire security deposit. 7. Renter is responsible for payment of all traffic tickets, tolls, and other such charges incurred during the course of the rental period. Bills received for tolls must be paid by Renter at face value, plus a $15 administrative fee for each bill received. Bills received by Great Adventures RVs for traffic tickets, violations, or other such charges must be paid by the Renter, plus a $75 fee for each invoice received. 8. All pets must be approved by Owner prior to their being allowed in the Rental Vehicle. If Renter permits an unauthorized animal in the Rental Vehicle, including but not limited to an unauthorized service animal, Renter will forfeit entire security deposit. A non-refundable pet fee applies for authorized pets, as noted in the Fee Schedule. Excess cleaning required to return the cleanliness of the Rental Vehicle to a clean and neutral state will result in additional cleaning fees applied at $50 per hour. 9. Pets may never be left unattended inside the Rental Vehicle unless the pet is securely confined in a pet crate and the conditions inside the Rental Vehicle throughout the duration of the Renter’s absence do not endanger the health or safety of the Pet. Renter is advised that campground electrical service and the generator are not always reliable, and the decision to leave a pet unattended should include consideration for the health and safety of the pet should the Rental Vehicle lose power and, as a result, any air conditioning or heating. Owner assumes no responsibility for any harm done as a result of leaving a pet unattended in the Rental Vehicle.
