It has front and rear queen beds, fold out loveseat and drop down table at U-shaped dinette. Can sleep 6 adults plus 1 child on the pull out loveseat. Has 1 roof AC, flat panel HD TV with HD antenna and DVD player, 6 gallon gas/elec water heater, stereo with indoor / outdoor speakers, bluetooth, aux input and CD, propane / electric refrigerator / freezer, 1 slide out, indoor gas range top and oven, range hood and microwave. Power awning. Lots of wardrobe and pantry storage! Dry weight 4,300 lbs and 5,000 lbs loaded. Half ton truck or larger, or large SUV required to tow with electric brake controller and 7 way round connector. Requires 2 5/16" trailer ball. Inquire about possible delivery and setup (for additional fee). Kitchen comes fully stocked (plates, cups, silverware, knives, utensils, frying pan, coffee maker and toaster), just pack your groceries! Comes with clean bath towels, washcloths and holding tank chemicals / toilet paper. Just bring your own bedding, blankets and pillows.Note: Trailer does not have a generator. Need a generator? You can rent ours, a quiet, 3500 watt inverter generator to power everything. $30 / day. Fuel supplied by renter.Please return trailer clean, or a cleaning charge of $75 will be assessed at time of return.
