4.0Good value for an RV of this size. Some minor issues with the RV ( a small leak in the outdoor shower and the auto leveling system didn’t work) but overall everything was as advertised and a reasonable price

Roof Access: Guests are not permitted on the roof of the unit.
Speed Limits: Please adhere to all posted speed limits.
Preparation and Sanitation Fee: A mandatory charge of $100 will apply for preparation and sanitation. This is not a cleaning fee; the unit must be cleaned by the renters.
Pet Policy: Bringing a pet into the unit without prior approval will result in a $500 fine, deducted from your security deposit.
Waste Tank Charges: A $100 fee will be applied if the unit is returned with a full black or gray tank.
Late Return Penalty: If the unit is returned late or if you have not completely vacated the unit by the designated pickup time, a penalty of $50 per hour will be charged.
