Résumé de l'évaluation

Professional and helpful staff

Staff are consistently praised for professionalism, helpfulness, and thorough explanations, ensuring an organized pick-up. They are accommodating, though one instance noted cleaning issues and a tank problem without resolution.

New condition but with issues

Described as brand new and in mint condition, and easy to hook up for first-timers. However, one rental reported shower leaks, mechanical warnings, roaches, and a warm fridge. Another cited cleanliness issues and pre-filled waste tanks.
