2.0The camper was great, and the host was responsive throughout our rental. Unfortunately, when issues with our campsite arose, we had to return the camper six days early. Despite the early return, we were not able to recover most of the unused rental costs. Outdoorsy refunded only the unused insurance and protection for those six days. The host also offered a small additional refund, which is still pending. Overall, we were left out a significant amount of money. If your trip is cut short due to unforeseen issues, don’t expect a full refund.
