A cozy little camper for your next outing. The rental includes propane for your use of the Stove and Furnace. Battery is new as of 7/2018 and will power the lights in a non-electric site. approximately half an hour setup. Camper has 30amp hookup with 15amp adapter. *At this time the water system has been winterized and disconnected.* Sink can be used for draining however you must supply water in a container to utilize it.The rental included use of the Propane, 2 jacks for added stabilization, and 4 wheel chocks. Renter is responsible for camping gear, linens for sleeping, and food / water / washing water. Camper will be swept, mopped, and wiped down after every rental.Rental contract and valid ID's required at time of pickup. Popup is in good condition and I can cover setup / breakdown directions at time of pickup. Renter must supply an adequate towing vehicle with working light harness (4-pin). Trailer requires a 2'' ball. For Wisconsin Use Only!
