3The owner Lulu was very friendly, quick to respond. Overall, the rental was nice but there were a few things to note. We asked for an early pick up so we could get on the road early but when we brought the RV back to our house to pack up we had to spend 3 hours cleaning it. It didn't look like it had ever been professionally cleaned before, there was dust and grime in every corner, white dog hair, and still had food under the couch and seats. Our kids have pet allergies so we specifically rented one that said "No Pets Allowed". The interior AC filter was covered in dust, which we had to take down and clean. All of the tires had low air pressure, one of the tires only had 26psi which is dangerous to drive on. We were not informed that the pull out awning was broken and removed from the RV. We also noticed on the way home that the registration in the glove box was not up to date. The interior of the RV was really nice and spacious but I do have to recommend it being professionally cleaned/detailed after every rental, not just swept out.

4First time renter here. I thought Lulu was very communicative, yes. That was great. I ended up returning the rental late and paid her late fees, upon agreement. However one thing that kind of shocked me is she made us follow her husband to the gas station and top the tank off. We put the gasoline level back where it was when we picked the RV up. Quarter tank or so. Again, she made us follow her husband and top the tank off. I thought it was a little ridiculous considering in her agreement, gas needs to be out at the level it was at when when you picked it up. That is not true with lulu! I really don’t have a whole lot of good or bad. Just meh. Don’t think I would rent from her again. RV was really nice & clean tho!
