Comfortable toy hauler ready for some family fun! Sleeps 6 comfortably. 10 foot garage for all your toys. RV has its own gas tank to fill those toys. If you choose to use the gas tank, you are responsible for filling the tank. We do not provide that. Rv has its own Cummins generator. You are welcome to use it with no charge. Party deck on back with awning and screen. Queen size bed in master. Garage has a full size bunk over the 2 couches. The couches convert to a bed as well. We have provided the basics: dishes, pots, silverware, cups, and tumblers, sheets and comforters for the master and the bunk. Towels and wash cloths. Rv toilet paper(you have to use a certain kind).Pillows are provided and wrapped in a protective case. This is all that we will provide. We will deliver and set up within 100 miles for a fee. Small pets only. No large dogs! No smoking or vaping inside. Self leveling 5th wheel.
