A deep-cleaning fee of $250 will apply if smoke odors are detected. 🐾 Pets Allowed (Case-by-Case) We love pets too! Let’s talk first — well-behaved dogs may be allowed with approval. Additional cleaning fee may apply. 🛻 No Off-Roading This camper is built for adventure, but not extreme off-roading. Please stick to paved roads, gravel drives, or well-maintained campgrounds — no beach driving, forest roads, or mud trails. 💧 Return Clean & Dumped Please return the RV: With the black and gray tanks emptied Interior reasonably clean Failure to do so may result in a $50-100 cleaning/dumping fee. 🕐 Respect the Return Time Please return by the agreed time unless arranged otherwise — late returns may incur fees based on Outdoorsy’s policy.
