There is also an outside shower to wash off the sand or mud off before you go back into the air conditioning, outdoor lighting, outdoor speakers, outdoor rug, outdoor camping propane grill (propane not included)(indoor): upgraded full size bed in front, refrigerator, stove, a dining area (that folds down to fit one or two smaller people), bathroom with shower and toilet, towels for 4 people, bonus bunks in the back, and a lot of storage! Air Conditioning/heat, hot and cold water, am/fm/Bluetooth indoor/outdoor speaker system, flat screen TV.We provide cutlery, a full set of dishes, a stove top percolator coffee maker. We also have cleaning supplies and a hand broom onboard to make cleaning up a breeze. You just need to bring the family and food! Hope you enjoy!Our travel trailer is light enough to be pulled by most regular size SUV's and full size trucks. (see specification picture for details). -Add Ons for Additional Offerings we will Provide to Ensure you ENJOY OUR RIDE!
-Please plan for a 60 minute check out and orientation prior to departure.
-Furry friends are Welcome (no Felines or Rodents). Please advise to the size, breed and age of your little friend. The additional cost: Under 20lbs, 3 animal limit, $50 charge per animal. 20 to 80lbs, limit 1, $80 Please note, if you have a puppy, please bring a crate so your sweet baby doesn't chew the RV in your absence.
-Clean water, Grey water and black water tanks should all be dumped and empty before returning RV. There will be a $125 fee accessed if you fail to complete before returning.
-Please stay off the roof. If any damages are found from this, you will surrender your ENTIRE security deposit and will receive no refunds.
-No Smoking or drug use is allowed in vehicle, your entire security deposit will be held until smoke remediation can be obtained. whatever the remediation specialist charges PLUS a service fee of $100 will be assessed out of the security deposit and any remaining balance will be refunded to the renter as long and there are no other overages.
-You are responsible for any ticket, tolls, tows, and impounds. Even if the notice arrives after late fees and admin fees have compounded.
-Tire damage is the responsibility of the renter, if the renter believes it is due to negligence, the tire must be brought back for professional evaluation. Reimbursement is based on that result.
-If there is a mechanical failure or problem requiring roadside assistance, renter should call roadside assistance number provided by insurer and alert owner immediately. RENTER SHALL NOT ATTEMPT TO MAKE REPAIRS. Out of pocket expense for repairs required and which are not covered by insurance or roadside assistance will be reimbursed by owner upon return of vehicle as long as the owner is made aware prior to such repairs and receipts are provided. What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Returns are due from 8am until noon, at 12:01 you are late and may incur a $50 late fee. Pick up is from 3pm until 5pm at 5:01 you are late and may incur a late fee. The renter must be present at time of pickup.
