Camp in comfort of this very clean and roomy trailer with 3 slide outs. A king size bed with separate AC unit for the bedroom. Reclining chairs across from the electric fireplace. Sofa couch pulls out to accommodate 2 additional quest. Kitchen is well stocked with utensils and small appliances, plus an outdoor kitchen space with awning. Washer and dryer make it convenient for small loads. Delivery only to campsite with full hook-up required (water, electricity - 50 amp, and sewer). • Camp sites requires a 50 amp hookup and full hook-up at site with water and sewer
• Delivery only at this time due to the length and weight of trailer. Requires a heavy duty truck and towing experience. Full set-up is included with the delivery.
• Set-up and breakdown of trailer is one full hour for each. The trip start time is based on Texas state parks access to camper sites at 2:00 so it is ready for guest around 3:00. The 11:00 end time is so I can leave by state park check-out time of 12:00. Please feel free to request other times if not going to a state park.

What flexibility is available for picking up and dropping off the RV?

Willing to work with renter to to meet schedule and needs. Lock box on trailer for key exchange if needed. Please be aware of campsite hours for check-in and check out. Delivery will need to be north of I-10.
