2021 Dutchmen Kodiak Ultra Lite
One of the best floor plans for a family! We love it and you will too!Sleeps 9! Private queen master bedroom in the front and a separate bunk room in the rear. Two additional hideaway beds in the couch and dinette offer more sleeping room. The beds all have bedding and quilts.The fully stocked kitchen has a large refrigerator with a freezer, 3 burner stove, oven, microwave, added electrical appliances for use with shore power, water filter on the faucet, and a large pantry.The large bathroom has plenty of room. It features a toilet, sink, and shower.Freshwater holding tank with 45 gallons, 2 gray water and blackwater holding tanks, and a portable tank for easy dumping. The unit will also come with leveling blocks, x-chocks, and has power stabilizer jacks and a power tongue jack.A manual of instructions is included with the rental as well as a packing list and other RVing tips.This rental is for a family-friendly camping experience. No smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping, or otherwise) inside the camper.Note: Generator not included with the rental.Please have drivers licenses of all qualified drivers (we will take pics of the license(s).We clean and sanitize the camper between each rental. All linens are removed and washed every rental. Cleaning supplies are in the camper including disposable gloves, disinfectant, dish soap, cleaning towels, and hand soap.After you return the camper we’ll conduct a walkthrough and then release the security deposit (less any damage charges if necessary).We include pots, pans, plates, utensils, and more. Everything we camp with is here for you to use.Toilet paper, soap, towels, and washcloths are also included with the camper.Please enjoy your time in the camper and return in good condition so that we can enjoy our time too.Please empty and flush the tanks before you return it. Don't worry we will show you how before you leave.We have a minimal cleaning fee of $50 for laundry and sanitizing. If the camper is returned dirty and takes longer than an hour to clean we will keep a portion of your deposit.No smoking. No Pets. No Festivals or Parties.Note: Although this is an ultra-lite series, you will need a truck with enough towing capacity that can handle a hitch weight of 750 pounds and tow 7500 pounds. Check the manufacturer's recommendation for your tow vehicle. Towing capacity will be verified prior to departure. Also, you will be long - 50 ft end to end. So you must have expert driving and backing up abilities. In addition, you need a trailer brake controller and 7-pin plug-in your tow vehicle. You will also need to download the "Hopkins Towing Solutions" app to access the back-up cameraWe do provide a weight-distribution hitch and stabilizing bar.Ce qui est inclusComes with everything needed for a weekend or extended trip.
