Our Itasca Sunstar 35B Class A Motorhome is in like new condition. Fully loaded with 3 TV's 2 bathrooms (1 half, and 1 full), generator, grill, oven, stovetop, etc, self leveling. Also has great built in bunkbeds that can be closed off by doors to Master BR & front area of RV, unit sleeps up to 6 comfortably. We have found this set up to be ideal for those who want to have a little privacy when camping. Super clean. We strive to provide each guest with an amazing rental & camping experience and therefore the following rules will be enforced. This RV is in new condition and I would like it to remain in new condition for all renters, The RV will go out in extra clean condition and must be returned in the same condition. If the RV is brought back dirty, a $500 cleaning fee will be assesed. In order to preserve the clean smell of the RV, indoor cooking will be limited to basic food items. Any items that will cause an odor will not be allowed. (ie:cooking with Curry). If the RV is returned with food odors a $1000 charge will be assesed. Preferred minimum rental period of one week, for shorter periods an additional cleaning fee/Covid-19 decontamination fee of $450 will apply.
