Gas consumption varies depending on your driving style and whether you are hauling water onboard and in grey/black tank; normally 620-700km/full tank.On board propane will run the fridge/freezer for several weeks!*** We are aware of the angry review written by the gentleman who crashed our motorhome and blamed it on the brakes! The brakes are new and less than 8,000km on them; the parking brake is also regularly serviced. This motorhome is in excellent mechanical condition.

2.0The vacation itself was a delight and included some excellent wildlife viewing. The vehicle rental aspect was less so. The brakes were suspect, making a nasty grinding noise when coming to a stop. The parking brake was basically useless and allowed the unit to drive on while the brake was properly applied. The headlights were ok if you didn’t have to drive in the dark. Dashboard electronics were also suspect and frequently left us wondering if the vehicle would even start. Onboard amenities were sparse at best; there was a coffee maker but no carafe. The table threatened to collapse at any moment. We never met the person named as the vehicle owner. Even after waiting over 90 minutes when returning the vehicle it was her colleague who showed up. We had received several messages from the owner saying “I’ll be there in xxx minutes” we were told she was actually out of province. Beginning to things she may be just an avatar. Would probably use Outdoorsy again but will definitely do more due diligence on vehicle and owner.
