Under 6'000lbs (before toys)! 10ft x 6ft Garage (76 in ceiling at the lowest point). Fuel tank for the toys / generator. New awning, good furnace, AC, water heater, two propane tanks and two batteries. Quick setup leveling jacks.Optional items:
