Responsive, accommodating, and thorough
Mark provides detailed walk-throughs, responds quickly to questions, accommodates pick-up/drop-off, and offers amenities. He handled a water issue by providing a refund and extras.
Easy to drive and handle
The van is spacious, comfortable for families/pets, and easy to drive and park. While generally well-equipped, some report wear and tear and low ground clearance limits off-road use.

4.0We had a great time on our van trip. The van is decent, some things are a little run down but it’s spacious & comfortable, just enough space for the two of us and our 2 big dogs. It was a lot easier to drive than I expected for being on the larger size. Mark said it was the vans first trip of the season so some things were a little wonky/leaky after not having been used for awhile. Mark was responsive and very accommodating and even refunded me some money for a water issue we had, in addition to not charging us for a few extras (including having gone a little over the allotted daily mileage). It has much lower clearance than I was prepared for, only a few inches between the generator and the ground and less when water tank is full so it can only be taken on well maintained dirt roads & we needed to be very careful even pulling off into dirt roadside pullouts. But overall a fun house on wheels.

5.0This van was the perfect size for our family of 4 for our 2-week roadtrip. Plenty of storage and the pop top bunk was great for the kids! It was easy to drive and park, and even easier to set up and take down. It made our trip a breeze and we had the best time!
